Overall customer service experience from stat to finish. Kyle made it a point to sit down & go over the proposal. I liked that he came with all my options and was very straight forward & honest. Great communication & responsiveness. The men that performed the repairs were very nice & professional. Loved that Kyle reached out after the work was done to see how things were holding up & get feedback of the work performed. We will definitely be using Weather Shield for our roofing needs moving forward.

We had the seals on a skylight give way and had water pouring into the house post ice storm. Service Foreman - Justin Hart and his team came out to do a repair on our roof and did a really great job. They were outstanding communicators, professional, informative and polite. Thankful for their help today, I would request them for any future work.

We had our roof replaced a little over a year ago here at the church. When it started to leak after a very large storm, they came out and made the repairs. They were very professional, showing me pictures of the before and after of the repairs made. Great company to work with. Michelle - director of facilities
