This is my go-to place for oil changes. Everyone that works here is friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and never makes me feel pressured to purchase additional services. Chris, in particular, always goes the extra mile, explains services thoroughly, and makes me feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend this location and the great crew who work here!

They are very professional yet have great banter. They always go above and beyond. I was only getting an oil change, but the manager also helped me loosen my stuck seat so I could move it closer to the peddles. They really care about their customers and they give quality services.

I Am in AMAZEMENT!! My Experience with this group of Men was Phenomenal, Polite , Experienced.and totally Professional! I feel like I drove away as complete as I could have been .. a simple oil change became a feeling of Wholeness.. and I felt truly cared for. POLITE, Caring and thorough! Today was my first time here and I received excellent service! A friend of mine told me about them and said they love going here because everyone is so friendly and helpful. She was not wrong! I was very impressed and will be coming back for my next oil change. Thanks Victory Lane for such great service!

This place is an absolute scam! Cost is DOUBLE of the dealership. Was told it was $72.99 for a synthetic oil change which I questioned in the first place. After they complete the oil change my total was $120! Manager stated the kid was new and gave the wrong price. $72.99 is for semi-synthetic, $79.99 is synthetic plus another $9.99 for an additional qt of oil, $3 for washer fluid which I had just fill, $2 for a 20pt check, and an additional 3% for using a debit card. Absolutely insane. Will never go back as I pay less for my Silverado at the dealership. What a bait and switch of service!
