Hands down, best HVAC in town and the surrounding area. Colin was awesome to work with, replaced the entire blower motor in my furnace in about 45min. Total Comfort has been doing my furnace service for years and, even though my furnace is over 50 years old, it runs very well and they don't try and sell me anything. They even gave me a discount for being a repeat customer. Service update April 2024: I finally replaced my decades-old HVAC, contracting with Total Comfort and Heating. They kept my old system working well for years, so they were my first choice for replacement. The owner, the service personnel, and the staff are knowledgeable, professional and personable. I am happy with the service and especially with the new HVAC system. Following the installation, on 4/17/24 the Lansing City Inspector called this "a beautiful installation", and that's a direct quote. I add this as relevant to an overall good experience.
