Tigerlily Therapy is my absolute favorite!! I’ve been going for years now, and have seen a few different staff- ALL have been great! I really appreciate the wholistic experience of it all… When you enter through the front doors, it feels good in the space…the warmth of the lighting, the sounds, plants, and ease of everything. Try to arrive a few minutes ahead, to slow down and enjoy a hot cup of tea before your session. Immerse yourself…breathe. I’ve had craniosacral work -amazing!! As well as relaxation, and deep tissue. There are just really good people here. My most recent experience was with Jess Kohler- BIG thanks to Jess! She listens, pays attention to my body cues and works tissue out until the muscle just melts. She is thorough and even took the time to give me tips regarding a tight muscle (the lacrosse ball has done wonders- thx Jess). I highly recommend! Communicate your targets and she’ll hit them everytime!

Thank you so much to Keegan for the amazing focused massage. It was perfect to help deal with forearm, wrist, and neck pains I was dealing with. Would recommend Tigerlily Therapy to anyone seeking massage therapy.

I've had 2 massages so far, both by JG, and she's done a great job! I asked for firm pressure, and she delivered! I've had massages other places before that don't seem to understand or be able to deliver firm and consistent pressure, but JG did great! She adjusted my massages based on my needs and gave me homework to help me in between appointments. The atmosphere is great. Very cozy and intimate. I came in with serious upper back and neck pain, and she's really helped me recover.
