First of all, the staff are all so nice and welcoming. As for food, I liked it enough but think I would have enjoyed it more if I hadn't gone in expecting to compare it to Original Pancake House. OPH is more expensive, but I do see that reflected in the quality. The Pantry's menu is extensive, including creative dishes you won't find elsewhere, like several variations on the Dutch baby. The bacon was reportedly great, and the crepes and Dutch baby were super fresh off the griddle. However, the fruit toppings were quite one-note sweet - the apricot one had a lot of jelly (cornstarch?) rather than fruit - and the biscuits were kind of cold and tasted cheap (to be fair, they were). I think next time I'd get the banana fruit surprise instead, or something more fresh fruit-based. And pancakes instead of biscuits. Overall we did enjoy our breakfast, though, and the prices were very good.

Never disappointed when eating at any of The Pantry restaurants. I only do breakfast mostly. The Apple pancake is excellent, it comes to the table still bubbling from the oven, so let it cool for at least 5 mins. Coffee never dropped below half a cup. Friendly atmosphere and I can tell the staff gets along and works well with each other. It was clean and the price was well worth it, you will be leaving with a carryout, big portions!!

This restaurant is amazing! They have three locations. We went to the original location. The staff were amazing. I met an amazing couple there too! They have plenty of free parking. They make their own bread it was so good. They bake some of there pancakes in the oven and they have many variations. This is a must try!!

A nice breakfast/lunch place, 1 of 3 locations. Greeted quickly by a smiling lady when we walked in at 11 am on a Thursday. Seated in a big, wraparound booth with several tables. After being open 5 hrs already this place is really clean. Not just the tables, but the seats & chairs as well as the carpet. The menu is huge so I had ask for more time twice from the server. They are really efficient folks. My inability to decide took me, eventually, to the daily special (only $6.25 before 11, $7.25 after) while my son got the Horn of Plenty, a Dutch Baby filled with fresh fruit & whipped cream. The Garden Surprise is a veggie & cheese filled version. There are several other Dutch Baby options as well as the larger German pancakes, crepes, waffles, Belgian waffles, omelets, salads, soups and sandwiches. My son nearly inhaled his fruit-filled breakfast while I enjoyed all my eggs, bacon, fried potatoes & biscuits (with honey, of course) at a slightly more leisurely pace. We'd definitely come back.

This is one of my go to breakfast places after church. It’s always crowded and it closes at 2 PM so you got to get in where you fit him. I enjoyed the German pancake with apple cinnamon and nuts. I got the Paul Bunyan special and everything was absolutely delicious. My friend got the buckwheat pancakes I thought they were great, but I thought they were very dry. I seem like it took three times longer for food to come out this time than ever before. Kind of think it was the waitress, everything previously was fantastic. Like I said, this is one of my go to places. Tell Lisa Pastor Dee sent you.πŸ˜‡
