Disappointed with The Masters, Despite Its Potential
My wife and I were excited to try The Masters restaurant for a nice evening out. Unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. While the service was slow, it was clear that the staff was working hard to keep up with the number of guests. They seemed understaffed, but they were doing their best under the circumstances, which we appreciated.
We ordered a few drinks and food items, but unfortunately, the quality of the meal left us disappointed. The chicken, in particular, was overcooked and tough, making it quite difficult to enjoy. When the server asked how our meal was, I mentioned the issue with the chicken, but no further action was taken to address it.
Sadly, this experience has left us hesitant to return. It’s a shame because the restaurant has a lot of potential, and we were hoping for a better evening. Hopefully, they can improve the quality of the food and better handle busy nights in the future.

The restaurant atmosphere is wonderful. Food was good. Some things were a little salty. The bread was especially good. Everything was flavorful.

I have to say the food here was delicious. The prices were not that high and the service was perfect. Waitress was prompt and very friendly. She made sure our glasses were always full without being rude about it. The only reason this is not a five-star is because it was kind of an older joint and kind of quiet. But if you're looking for a good food at a good price don't pass this place.

Had the delmonco steak. I asked for it medium rare. It was definitely more medium. The server asked me to cut cut the steak for doneness. I did. But I don't send my food back. They get one chance to get it right, and the price they charge, they should be able to. If they can't then the kitchen needs improvement.
It had a pan seared crust that was borderline burnt. For $28.00, I would expect better cooking. The steak did not have marbling and had parts that were hard to cut with the knife supplied.
It must have been a cheaper grade of meat.
I would recommend going to Texas Roadhouse or something if you want a good steak.

So I put this restaurant for my company holiday party we had the room from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. and it was a little bit after 6:00 and I don't know if he was the manager or what but he start coming in moving our stuff rude disrespectful didn't even have a conversation to let us know what's going on didn't even bring us to bill at like 20 people there for the company's party. The waitress was absolutely amazing but I would never book this place or attend this restaurant again
