If you want a leaky roof I recommend Stormshield roofing! I have had 2+ years of leaks at this point. Initially Vince and Stone were semi-responsive and did send someone out a few times to fix the poor installation. However, this did not fix the issue. We have had continuous leaks and all further attempts to have someone come out are ignored. Still open to having them solve these issues but seems very unlikely at this point.

After reaching out to them to schedule a date to get them the check numerous times via phone call, text message and a variety of emails for months with both the VP and President without receiving response, I was threatened by, Stone Chase, the VP, to remove my roof without my consent, stating that "business is business” because I did not accommodate their schedule at the immediate time of their sudden response. I informed the President of Stormshield Roofing, Vince Gentilozzi, of this threatening message made by his partner and it was completely ignored and dismissed. Communication with both Vince and Stone has been awful throughout this experience. It has taken a total of 3.5 months to get business finalized after the roof was complete due to a consistent lack of response from the team at Stormshield Roofing.
