We had our garage, shed, and three season roofs redone by them in spring 2024. It was a crazy windy day and it stormed which made the tarps blow around a lot. There were a lot of nails left behind. Luke Sallee was the guy I spoke with throughout everything. I asked him to come out a few times to pick up more nails, and he did once or twice. We still got a nail in our tire and still keep finding nails everywhere. When I messaged him about the mail in our tire, he never responded. I text him a couple more times and he still never responded. We had a nail get in my husbands tire after having our roof done on our house with All Weather Seal back in 2012 and they reimbursed us without any issues. We have all wheel drive, so we had to pay for all new tires. They also drove over our septic tank, but they did pay for that and had it fixed quickly. It was just all very stressful going through them. We chose them because they are well known and they were the cheaper estimate, but they ended up costing more since we had to get new tires.

We recently had storm damage, Sherriff Goslin responded quickly with a temporary patch and later a full roof install. Luke, Matt and team worked with us through an insurance claim and did an exceptional job with the install. Clean up was terrific, Matt and Luke even came back to do a final property sweep. Very happy from beginning to end. I would not hesitate to recommend Sherriff Goslin Muskegon to anyone.

From the estimate I received and the finished work I was very pleased with everything. Very professional and reasonable. This company did our roof 30 years ago and believe it or not it just recently needed replaced. We are more than happy with our results.

Got our roof and skylights done in 2021. Posting now because a family member wanted to get a roof done and was getting a quote from them and told them our experience, but couldn't find the review we wrote on google reviews.....good thing I checked. First, they missed ordering/installing some parts that was on our contract until it was done and we brought it up. They had to take part of the roof off and install the roof properly with the correct parts. Second, we had the skylights replaced and one of the old ones broke when they took it off. No biggy accidents happen, but the glass was all over the deck. But to use a leaf blower to blow all the glass from the bed into my flower beds and grass is absolutely unacceptable. Three years later we are still picking out that glass from the yard, where my children play. Third, many nails were not covered on the roof. They had to be called to come back to fix that. Fourth, two skylights leaked in the first year, again not abnormal, but after the other items it was just a lot. One had to fixed twice as well. Its sad because the sales guy was amazing and nice (the reason it is a two star instead of one) but after the installation experience we had and then the customer experience we had with bringing up all these issues was not nice either. Just get a quote from someone else. We have had three family/friends get new roofs since and non used Sherriff Goslin based on our experience.

Luke was very responsive throughout the entire process. I felt he was honest and up-front, admitting things he didn't know and finding answers. The work was done on-time at the agreed-upon price. They inadvertently damaged some patio lights and he immediately ordered replacements for me at no charge. I'm not a roofing expert but as far as I can tell they did a good job and cleaned up after themselves.
