Let me start by saying everyone who works here is so wonderful and professional. Tony A and Cam G helped me with service and always go above and beyond. Cam tested my sensors before my appointment to make sure they are working and Tony got me in for a full set tire check when I made the appointment wrong! They got me in and out within 30 minutes and they patched two tires, checked all 4, relearned my sensors, quoted and ordered me new tires. 15/10 experience every time.

I originally went to the Service Dept because my brand new Chevy has a noticable vibration as I drive down the highway. Service Dept were nice but it rather irked me that the dude who test drove my car didn't detect a problem but the service manager said I could have the tire/oil so check it out. Sure enough the two front tires were out of balance. The nice service guy also leveled out the tire pressures all around. No charge. Love it. I feel validated!

I waited 32 minutes, not one car in the two open bays exited. Ridiculous!!!
The employees I could see were moving at a snails pace. I have a life, and I had to leave.
The "appointment" bay sat unoccupied for most of my wait.
An employee walked by, so I inquired about the wait time. He said the average time was a little over 30 minutes. I replied, "I've been waiting over 30 minutes, and I haven't moved, and no cars have exited." He replied that the "wait time" was at least 30 minutes. My response was, "So, the car that pulled in right behind me as I parked will have to wait over an hour just to get in??? I thanked him for his time and left.

They claim to have an 8 bay oil change facility. Well 2 are reserved for Cadillacs, two are reserved for the service center. Out of the 4 left, 2 are for customers who made appointments. Now this wouldn't entirely be bad if the 4 bays were being used, but they are usually setting empty or maybe have a car sitting there not being worked on. Basically if you are randomly pulling up for an oul change be prepared to wait and stare at empty bays with workers aimlessly walking around inside.

Had 2020 Eqonox oil change today. 2 hrs after getting in the shop. For a simple oil change. LOTS OF PEOPLE DOING NOTHING BUT EATING, SITTING AND TALKING. I SUGGEST SOMEONE SHOULD START FOCUS ON "QUICK SERVICE AND LESS ON B.S.
