I'm a realtor and I've flipped houses and the Schmidt Roofing Co. has been great to work with. They come when they say, and the are super efficient and affordable with great workmanship. I've used them several times for roofs and rood repairs. I would defiantly recommend them.

Schmidt installed our roof in 2011. So why write a review now? I needed details on the roof (installed by the previous owner of the house). I called and spoke with Julie, and within minutes, she called back with everything I needed. She was friendly and very efficient.
We have had zero problems with the roof itself, and could not be happier with the service.
