I am so happy to review Rose's as we chose Rose's by its reviews. The food was absolutely delicious and McKenna was an outstanding and attentive server!!! The homemade Chipotle tomato soup was outstanding (not too spicy). The rosemary garlic chicken was perfect. The lasagna was also great and the homemade bread was a delicious accompaniment. Google reviews did not disappoint. 😃

We had trouble finding a reservation for our party of 7 on a Saturday night, but we were able to make one here, so we decided to give it a try.
My spaghetti was okay, the Caesar salad was fantastic, and the whole party enjoyed the hot, fresh bread. The service was decent. My kids thought the paper table coverings were fun and loved drawing on them.
Getting seated was a weird experience. Part of our party arrived early and was told they couldn't be seated until the rest of us arrived, which was no big deal. But the man who was handling seating made a big fuss about it, telling us that if he seated us it would make another table mad because he made them wait. And then after all the fuss he seated us anyways, before the last 3 people in our party showed up. To be clear, we were not demanding to be seated. We were fine with waiting. It made me uncomfortable, like I'd done something wrong for showing up for my reservation 5 minutes earlier than my husband did.
I don't know that I'd go out of my way to come back. Prices were expensive for what we got (I want to say it was like $21 for the spaghetti, plus an extra $2 for the Caesar salad – so $23 for a meal that was nothing special.)

I've lived in Belleville 18yrs.. I've passed by this restaurant many times. We decided to dine yesterday. The service and atmosphere was great. Food was plentiful and very good. There was so much food that I could only eat a small amt. The food was delicious especially the bread.
My only complaint is there wasn't enough garlic or garlic flavor in the escargot. More garlic needed. They were plump, and perfect with the diced mushroom. More garlic please. We arrived before the dinner rush. We'll definitely return.

I am definitely editing my review! After a disastrous start, I can say my family is amazingly happy with this place. Thank you for the amazing service and making us feel like part of the family! They are truly a family owned and ran business,it shows in the difference of how people are treated. The food is amazing, and the kids will most definitely be happy to eat here. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for great Italian and the family style atmosphere. Rich the owner cares about the customers and your continued business. Definitely went the extra mile. Thank you all!

We had the banquet room and were well taken care of by Heather. The food is authentically Italian, and the service is awesome. I am looking forward to trying the pizza next. All of the vegetarian dishes are top notch.
