The day after he was here to inspect the site and dispatched a crew the same day to put temporary patches in place (roof, walls, windows) while waiting to work through the insurance claim. When the insurance adjuster came, Andrew was here to ensure his questions were answered. The work crews, whether Belk employees or subcontractors, were also fantastic asking for feedback and returning promptly to resolve issues.

I had damage to the dormer of my roof during a winter storm, where the soffett and trim were torn off. Melvin Belk came to my rescue the very next day, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service! We recently had our roof replaced by Melvin Belk Roofing and I would highly recommend them. Our salesman, Andrew Belk, was great to work with. No high pressure sales pitch. He provided a quote quickly and didn't waste our time. Our roof was not straight forward and had several different surfaces and unique areas to deal with. They were able to handle all of these areas with ease. They also took great care to protect our landscaping during the tear off process and were very thorough on the cleanup afterwards, sweeping our yard with magnets to collect stray nails.
We did get quotes from a few other companies, none of which came close to matching the price we received from Melvin Belk Roofing. The other companies gave lengthy sales pitches and tried to upsell us or sign immediately to get their best price. We literally had to kick one guy out of our house because he wouldn't leave. Don't waste your time! Call Melvin Belk Roofing first.
Melvin Belk Roofing is a honest, hard working group of folks. We know others in the community that have used them and recommend them as well. And our neighbors agreed and are using Melvin Belk Roofing to replace their roof too.
