I had a lovely experience. Margaret was skilled and attentive. It was the first time I had someone do my neck and shoulders without making me wince in pain. Firm enough to be effective, but gentle pressure, so as to be relaxing and enjoyable.
She asked enough questions to be effective and talked enough to be friendly, but not so much as to keep me from quietly relaxing during the massage. (I have had massages from chatty people before. Not relaxing)
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would 10/10 recommend Margaret to anyone looking to relax their stress away for an hour!

Darius is amazing. I live out of state but visit my in laws a couple times a year and I’ve had the pleasure of having Darius as my masseuse and he has never disappointed. He’s one of the best masseuses I’ve had. I have a lot of back (ciatica) and leg pain and Darius always starts off by asking if any problem areas and always attends to them. He’s strong and is very skilled at deep tissue massages: Thank you, Darius! Will be back soon!
The staff is always very kind and helpful. Easy process checking in and out!

It was my first time coming to this location, as soon as I entered I was greeted nicely. Reception helped me fill out forms and she was very nice in explaining everything (since this was my 1st time) and massage was great. Very professional. Prices are also great. Will be going there a lot more

Used to go to the one on Stadium Drive in Kalamazoo. They closed and never told my mom about it so when she went to one of her appointments, it was in Battle Creek and she lost out on money for her massage.
My mom and I went to a few more appointments out in the Battle Creek location. Friendly enough. But they would call and cancel appointments on us to reschedule, which is hard due to our schedules when they had openings and we already were working that day. Did this a few times. And we made appointments for the following month after our appointment that day only to get cancelled a few days beforehand.
Most recent cancellation, my mom decided to cancel her membership and ask for a refund of her money. As soon as she said it, she got rude responses back. All she wanted was her money returned for the month they pulled out of because they cancelled on her. After hanging up, they called back a short bit later trying to reschedule her appointment but my mom refused and just asked for her money back. They did not like that. After the call was ended, it seemed it was the last we'd hear of it.
The following day, they called back and left a voicemail informing that due to their cancellation policies, the cancellation will not take effect for thirty days, which meant my mom would be paying another month of the membership regardless. My mom was not happy to hear this. She always wanted a paper copy of their policies and such, but they would refuse to give her any saying it was right there with her profile and information she had with them, which was on their little tablet.
My mom went to our credit union to make a stop payment and let them hear the voicemail. Even they agreed that was not professional and that it was bad business.
