Waaaay over priced. Charged me $398 for a solenoid that you can easily get same brand name part for literally Less than 1/10 the cost. Found the EXACT valve online for $27.99!!! Amount they charged me is shown on my bill!! Why aren’t there negative stars!???? If there were I’d give these crooks a -5 star rating! If the ‘expertise’ of your technicians is worth charging your customers more than 10x the cost the money should go to your technician rather than lying to your customers on the material costs which just pass the bottom line of Hager Fox
Ricardo and his crew are the best. They know what customer service means. They listened to our concerns, made sure all equipment was placed where we wanted, and are very knowledgeable and professional! They stayed till the job was finished. We thank Hager Fox for having the best technicians! We would definitely recommend them.
Wonderful service. Professional, friendly, efficient. They made getting a new furnace and AC such a pleasant experience. They even stayed to install in a snow storm with frigid temperatures! They presented an easy to read quote with four options and had competitive pricing. They had the availability I wanted too. Install of a new furnace and AC went super smooth. As others have noted, Ricardo and his crew are great. Very nice guys and the system looks great.
