His team did siding and windows on my house. The owner was decent in the beginning. But I have some projects that he still needs to finish with my slider and kitchen window that he told me he was going to do. But I have not been able to get a hold of him. Feels like he got his money and he wants nothing to do with you anymore. Same for my son. My son had a roof replaced and needed both his doors replaced. Took them like three month to get one door replaced. The other door is still sitting outside waiting to be put in. He hasn't heard from anyone and two windows were part of the contract as well. Those haven't been installed. He also gives referral bonuses. He already got paid for my son's job when it's not even finished, but I haven't seen my referral check. Do better Green Built Roofing.

My new roof looks fantastic. The crew that came over were all very polite and capable. They did an amazing job installing, cleaning up, and finished in 1 day! I highly recommend them for a great roofing experience.

Highly recommend, they were easy to deal with and were very helpful every step of the way with going through insurance. Even took care of the whole roof when insurance only wanted to cover half due to wind damage. If looking to do any project in the future I recommend reaching out to Green Built Roofing.

Called Green Built Roofing a week ago to take a look at a leaky garage roof of mine. Mike the Owner came out a few days later and let me know my garage roof was about at the end of its life. He let me know that the garage had 2 layers of shingles on it and the original layer was installed about 40 years ago. The building code and technology were different, and that is why it was having issues.
Ended up working with Mike to have my garage completely replaced with brand new shingles with a 50 year warranty. We ended up doing the house also as well to complete our entire home. Financing was a breeze through Michigan Saves, we were cleared for 4% interest for 10 years, a huge weight off our shoulders.
Installation was fast, timely, professional, and the house looks amazing! Black roof with the newest technology and a great warranty. Thanks Mike!
