Had new tires installed at Costco, and since they don't do alignments, their tire rep recommended I go to Firestone for an alignment.
Went on the Firestone website and easily scheduled an appointment for the next day after the tire installation. Anthony at the West Saginaw location in Lansing was professional, friendly, and welcoming when I entered the store a few minutes before my scheduled appointment time. A comfortable waiting area. Completed the alignment faster than predicted, and then he explained all aspects of the alignment with a printout showing the tolerances for each tire and where they fell within the ranges.
Five star process and service. I would return to this location in the future if I need tire work or service.

Such horrible customer service. I would rate a zero if I could. I had an appointment and the man at the counter denied I had an appointment. I had to show him on my phone their email confirmation of my appointment. He then told me I should just take it to the dealership that services my vehicle. He did not want to work on my vehicle for some reason. I’ve never known a company in business to service vehicles to deny service. I’m grateful that I took my car directly across the street to Good Year! I’ve previously done business with Good year in the past but I didn’t think they were open that day. Take your car to Good Year, less stress, good customer service, and they know what they’re doing!

Blew a tire 6 hours in to our 12 hour trip. On a Sunday between Christmas & New Year’s. We were able to get a tire replaced right away at a good price with no hassle. The Auto Care Advisor was very helpful & got us back on the road. We are so appreciative! Thank you!

I went to buy a set of tires today 11-1-24. I was told that I couldn’t charge them on my Firestone credit card unless I had them installed by them. Was told that I was committing fraud for doing this I have done it before there for the 6 month interest free. The only way they would sell them to me was cash. Why is it now fraudulent to do this? I have access to tire equipment to install them myself. My guess is they are trying to force me to use there services. I’ll get my tires someplace else.

In town from FL for funeral and had a back dually tire go flat. We bought the tires and warranty from Firestone so took in to get repaired. Was told that couldn’t do it today and would have to come back even when told we were leaving first thing in the morning. Thankfully competitor across the street were super friendly and fixed it right away.
