Final Approach is AMAZING. Their staff are knowledgeable, kind and communicative and the process of choosing products/services is both transparent and a breeze. Jess, the owner, has also been incredibly helpful explaining various maintenance details and answering any questions I had. FA also put so many nice touches on the service, like a signed thank you card from everyone on the team who worked on the vehicle and complimentary cleaner and towels for any bug splatter. As someone who has never had this type of service done outside a dealership environment before, I was so appreciative of the team’s knowledge and professionalism and friendliness. It made the experience fun and exciting instead of feeling like “car maintenance stuff.” And the result of their work is just… beyond words. My neighbors cheered when I drove back into the neighborhood! The ceramic done by FA brought out such depth and shine in my paint that it’s like having a different car. Looks incredible. I’m a very happy customer!
