I like how he talked us through what he was doing, the guys all worked together, stellar service! And great rewards programs! Friendly guys and didn’t feel pressured. Would definitely go back.

Went to get an oil change on 7/16 at the Penzzoil in Marshall. The staff was very unprofessional, openly arguing with each other like kids, and the service took a very long time. I had a bad feeling which was an indicator of what was to come.
This week on Tuesday 8/11, I noticed oil under my car but wasn’t positive it was mine since I was in a large parking lot- could have been there before I parked. On Wednesday, I noticed the oil again as I got out of my car at work. I got on the ground to look underneath, and saw what looked like oil on the undercarriage. I took my car to a Valvoline (less than 2 miles from where I was as I work too far from Marshall to go back there) and my “low oil” light came on. When they took a look, they were shocked. The drain plug was completely loose to the point that it just fell off when he touched it, and there was no gasket. There was no oil on the dipstick (3.5 quarts low) and oil all over the splash shield. They said that I was so lucky not to have engine damage but that I should keep an eye out for the engine light and listen for abnormal noises.
I will never go back to the Penzzoil in Marshall and would caution others before giving them your business.

Sign says, "Welcome Special $29.99".... I have never been here, so I thought it was a good deal. Apparently this "welcome special" is only available for cars at least 13 years old. Since my car is newer than a 2011, the most basic oil change STARTS at $79.99. Unprofessional demeanor, I came 10 minutes after it was supposed to be open, the open sign was off, and I waited while they finished scrambling to open before being pulled in.
