Today’s visit was for something other then pizza.
I’m a fan of that Buddy’s bread. Soft, doughy, buttery & plenty of Parmesan cheese. Throw in a warm cup of hot tomato bisque soup to dip it in.
Cheese sticks & Ranch were delicious. Super hot, crunchy & the cheese pull was worthy of a photograph, enjoy, we did :)
Sub was ok, I opted for it cold, bread was dry, should have toasted it. It’s ok, I took the goods & stuffed them in bread sticks, lol.
Potato wedges were so crunchy, I just kept dipping them in ketchup & definitely over ate on those bad boys.
Madison was so sweet, made for a smooth dining experience, as usual.

I’ve been enjoying Buddy’s for years. Great pizza. Today I came with my 9 month old daughter, and the staff were so apologetic about not being about to seat her in a high chair due to it being a fire hazard. Our server, Emily, had to handle my Aunt and Grandma (not an easy task), and even replaced a salad that was ordered incorrectly by us. This staff deserves a raise, they are fantastic. Thanks!

Normally a great place to eat, however today was different . Decided to not get pizza and that was a mistake. I received a small childs portion of food for $10 lunch special.. why have a lunch special that is more similar to a kids meal? I literally have not touched this food. This is the amount i was given. Tiny chicken tenders and a sprinkle of fries.

Classic Detroit style pizza that everyone loves. I come here when I get that crazing and this place satisfies. Consistently delivering great pizza again and again. The manager Bill is a class act that is passionate about producing great pizza and service. Make sure to say hello 👋. Our waitress Julia was awesome and made sure we had everything we needed for a great family meal. They have a great "Taste of Summer BBQ" collaboration with Slows BBQ, both ionic landmarks in Detroit. I highly recommend the brisket or Yard Bird pizza while they have it on the menu. It's truly one of a kind.

I attended a shower at Buddy's Sunday, the food was pretty good. Drink prices extremely high. Service not good at all. The host of the shower had to clear tables as they didn’t provide the bus people she was told they would. Also had to keep hunting down the waitresses for things that should have been provided/thought of from a good wait staff, for instance…plates. Overall not impressed !
