these people are the bomb my car stopped as I was at the light leaving Meijer, of course people were beeping at me to go, so I got a policeman behind me, I was so flustered I didn't even think to turn on flasher so this very nice policeman reminded me to do it. It was early afternoon when this happened and these guys let me get the car towed and had it diagnosied that same day maybe 2 hours and it was fixed the next morning. Big shout out and thanks to everyone there, all were kind and very professional. Highly recommend AutoLab

My old 2003 tank needed an oil change. Because I mentioned it had been sitting for several months I received a very helpful report of work needed… safety issues!

I recommend this place a thousand times. Nobody ever wants car troubles, but my experience here this week made my whole situation less stressful. The owner is actually the one who worked on my car, very polite and professional. Actually pulled me in the garage to explain what was being worked on. I felt welcome as soon as I walked through the door. The young woman who was running the computer was very helpful and kind as well. I am a woman in my 20’s, and it’s easy to get screwed by mechanics. I didn’t feel taken advantage of here at all. It’s an honest shop that I can trust. Next time I need my car worked on while I’m in the area, I’ll be coming back. Thank you guys so much.

EDIT: 3 days after getting the control arm replaced, the brand new control arm snapped. The bolt that attaches the ball joint to the control arm completely missing so I imagine it was either left off or over tightened/left loose. Praying that my car isn’t totaled and that they are able to help when they open on Monday. I’m in worse shape than I started and I’m already in the hole 1,200$
