Contractor was incredibly nice, quick, and efficient. I believe that this was an honest mistake but they took money out of my pocket instead of just sending the invoice to my homeowners warranty that contracted them. Weeks later, I have yet to receive a reimbursement because they have not been effectively communicating with my warranty agency.
Update: 9/24/24 first major rain to hit sence the patch and it still leaks in the same spot.

I've had A-1 repair my 10 year old roof twice this month due to wind damage, and obviously some previous roofers who didn't do a great job.
They've been a pleasure to work with. For both repairs they've been able to come out, get me a quote, and get the work done in a timely manner at an affordable price.
Hopefully I won't be needing a roofer again anytime soon, but if/when I do I will definitely call A-1 again.

Mike came right over to give me an inspection and quote. Very fair and he was able to get my roof done the next week. Excellent work and honest.

Excellent service. Had a leak during a long stretch of rain. They were at my house the day after I called and had it repaired within a couple hours. Prompt and affordable!
