We had such a great experience with Bob and highly recommend working with Spotless Carpet. He was extremely informative and was willing to give us an estimate prior to us moving into our new home. My favorite part of working with him is his integrity and his honesty with what to expect. Rather than trying to nickel and dime us he was honest about the shape of the carpet and provided us with realistic expectations that he ended up well exceeding anyways. He did great work, brought life back to carpets that we weren’t sure would be salvageable. He helped to save us a lot of money in that regard, and we will continue to use him for our needs in the future!

Great local business. Awesome job on our carpets. We have cats and young kids. Carpets are old and worn our so they are tough to clean. Quick response time on scheduling. Very straight forward and professional.

Bob did an excellent job for me. I had 20 year old nylon carpet that needed to be stretched and cleaned. To replace it would have been a small fortune. I can't thank him enough for saving it. Best job ever!

Bob was so awesome! He was friendly, professional, reasonably priced & very knowledgeable about his product. We hadn't had our carpeting cleaned in all 3 bedrooms in almost 10 yrs, & they looked like new! He also cleaned our "dog couch" & we were very happy how that came clean also! 8 thumbs up from the Cochrane family of Fowlerville.

UPDATE 10/10/2018. My review below stands after Bob and Chris came to the house again and did a fantastic first rate job today. Only company I will use, my highest recommendation, you will not be disappointed!
Best carpet cleaning company we've used, we'll never use anyone else. Professional, on time, courteous. We've used several different companies in the past, those that are on TV especially with always less than great results. Spotless handled the mess created by three teenagers and two dogs easily. Our carpets have never looked better. Locally owned, hard working, you will not be disappointed!
