$11 for a carwash plus a tip for the dryer and my wheel wells are all still muddy and the back of my car doesn't look like it was washed at all. Absolutely the worst carwash I've ever driven through.

The entire back end of my car did not get washed. Something needs to be fixed. Everything else looked pretty good though.

Absolutely lovely, non-threatening, friendly, and not scary. I say that because I came in 5 minutes before they close and I'm very used to where I'm from for people to be quite angry at me and refuse service..... But they were very nice and the car wash lasted 5 minutes. I did the premiere shiner package that included some rust protection and undercarriage wash (I got the shiner package coupon from church).
At the very end when the car finishes going through the machine, someone will come out and manually dry off your windows and mirrors with a cloth. Love the experience, and thank you for not being mean to me before closing! Makes me go outside more, LOL

Total rip off. I got their ceramic wash that costs $22. It gave me the base car wash and when I complained, the attendant said what do you want me to do, your car is clean. I insisted on getting a refund of the money minus the basic car wash and he said I should go through it again and he is giving me a free car wash. NO I PAID FOR THIS CAR WASH SO DONT ACT LIKE YOU ARE DOING ME A FAVOR. The second car wash also didn’t do anything. If it had even a basic customer service, would have apologized for not providing the required service and given me a completely free wash. Had to leave because I was running late for an appointment.

I ask the worker if he could give a little extra attention to the wheels he didn’t. At the end was waiting for paid towel dry. Work said that’s not his job and that person comes in later. So I asked for towels and did it myself. Paid full price. And not one car showed the whole time I was there.
