Very good local place to get your oil changed at. Was there for ten minutes, is rarely busy. Average prices, professional work, faster than anywhere I’ve been.

I originally rated these guys five stars and visited regularly before today. Before open, another customer drove around me, cutting in line. I was cranky, decaffeinated, and irritated by this and asked the lady why she did it. During this time, an employee opened the door and defended the lady for rudely cutting the line, saying that I left too much of a gap to allow her to do so. I admit that I reacted poorly, but that employee's reaction and insult towards me made me decide to not visit here again. I am now a happy regular customer of Outshiner in Charlotte. I highly recommend them. 👍
On another note, my previous experiences here were all positive. They do great work and are quick and efficient. Their prices are somewhat high, and you are not given an option on the grade of oil that they use. They do, however, make up for that in the quality of their work. My experience here today was probably an isolated incident and partially my fault. The employee working here could have handled this situation better and not burned a loyal customer.

As always a great experience. Reasonable rate, quick service and fellas working are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Will continue getting all my oil changes here.
