Currently in the process of having this place shut down.. they have been ripping Lansing off for years.. they only carry one type of oil.. bottom of the barrel conventional trash.. yet they advertise and sell it to customers as "Full Synthetic" oil.. charging over $150 saying it's full synthetic when it's not. Not even close.. none of the employees or the owner have ever changed their oil and used the oil that they willingly sell to customers. that should tell you all you need to know... I have tons of videos and text messages from my old boss from the time I worked here and I'm passing them onto the news who's doing their own investigation into this place.
SAVE YOUR MONEY. DONT LET THESE GUYS RIP YOU OFF. THEY HAVE 4 LOCATIONS IN LANSING.

Rick and Jason are wonderful expedient service technician. Superb customer service. I relocated from Arizona and stopped in and now found my car care place.

The guys are excellent and pay attention to the details of their job. I did not need to wait long and enjoyed talking with Ricky while the oil filter was changed. I highly recommend taking your business to Big Rays!
UPDATE: Keep taking your business to Big Rays!! They guys did an excellent job today and provided me a small discount on an engine flush! A+++++

Sleezy used car salesmen scare tactics. Not trust worthy. Try to sell you everything, and tell you all these things wrong with your car that aren’t. I would never go here for an oil change or anything.
