What an amazing little restaurant in Saginaw! The open atmosphere is quite unique with the kitchen in the open where we can watch the chefs cook! Our waitress (I can't recall her name) was wonderful! Very intelligent about the menu and helped convince me to order the Pot Roast. The Pot Roast was amazing, it's worth trying! The mussels were also an amazing appetizer.

Shrimp and Grits ! Yummy for my tummy! Breakfast pasta delicious! I tried my boyfriends! Look at the menu before you go it was hard for me to decide! Everything looks delicious! Fun and friendly waitress! Make reservations or you may have to wait!

If you are able to get into the urban bistro while in Saginaw you will find yourself in for a real treat (I'd suggest reserving a table) Lonnie very obviously pours her heart into her creations and makes herself available to guests during their experience. The serving staff is on point and the pace at which the courses are served is near perfect.

I absolutely love this place! No matter what you order you'll never be disappointed. ALWAYS welcomed with a smile. By far one of my favorite places in town.
Update from today's visit (7/6/24)
Not only is the food AMAZING, but the service is even more amazing 🥰. The girls noticed I left my water bottle behind and chased us down as we were driving off to get it back to me❤️ thank you girls!!!❤️

We went to Urban Artisan Bistro for the first time tonight and it was wonderful!
Delicious meal, good and cozy atmosphere and a fantastic service from Emily - I am still impressed how she took such a good care of all tables by her self - and with a great smile!
All dishes we had were spot on: seafood cakes as appetizer and then I had the sassy salmon and my husband had the fettutini squash. All very special and recommended.
The owner was around and thanked us for being there, making the experience even better. We will definitely come back!!!
