They have been out 3 times for the same leak and have not yet fixed it, but they have sent me over a $400 bill for not fixing it.
Update 10/13/2020 After tearing up the pads on the roof myself and cleaning the area, I called them back out as I found a cut on the edge of one of the walking pads. They came out and repaired the leak free of charge in exchange that I would pay the $400 invoice from the first few times they were out and were not able to locate the leak. I am happy to say that we have had a good hard rain and we have no more leaks. I am adding 2 more stars for them making good on the work.

very poor service! waited one month for Jim to get back with me for an estimate they he had already come out on! { 15k job],, called back and he said he was sorry but they were no interested!!!
