Michelle is friendly and pleasant. When I need to order something, I can usually get it within the week. Which is nice.
However, Vlietstra's service is really lacking. When they built our pool 20+ years ago, they did a fantastic job. We have loved our pool and it has been care free for the most part. However, after that many years, the surface is a getting rough and needs some TLC. I have tried all summer to get someone to come out and let me know my options, but I can't get anyone to come out. The only thing I hear is "we are so busy". When I call, I don't even get a return call. Guess I'll have to go somewhere else.
So if you need to order a part or chemicals, give them a call. Otherwise forget it.

Wow what awesome service in the middle of the February 2021 deep freeze!! Circuit board on our hot tub went out on Friday night and needed to be replaced. Left a message on the Vlietstra voice mail on Saturday evening and how amazing - their service tech came Monday and in sub zero wind chills made the repairs. Hats off to these guys!!

I purchased my hot tub in 2010 from a dealer in Mishawaka, IN. After dealing with their below standard customer service I decided to search for another dealer, On the Watkins Mfg website it states they have unparalleled customer service. I had not experienced that with the original dealer. When it was time to purchase a new cover I decided to search elsewhere for a Hot Springs dealer. Luckily, I was introduced to Vliestra Bros. What a wonderful experience. I can truly say they know what unparalleled customer service is. I will continue to give them my business even though they are farther away from the original dealer. They appreciate your business and it shows. Thank you for a great experience!

Whenever we have gone to this pool place we have had the best attention given to us. We have gone twice during the virus and the woman who has waited on us is so kind and pays attention and doesn't get distracted by other people and really wants to help. Never give this employee up.

Getting worse by the season. They hire cute girls that unfortunately know nothing about pool care or chemistry. I went in for a closing out yesterday and long story short she told me the process and chemicals to be used is the same wether an above ground or a 40,000 gal inground! And to top it off they give you crummy service with ugly attitudes. It's too bad since we all love to support our local family pwned business. Had to go down the road to Locey.
