My husband and I did a lot of shopping around. The Spa World Sales/Service Associate was incredible, knowledgeable, courteous, no-push/high information sharing sales approach. Took time with us to be sure that we had all the information we needed. We've had our install, which was superb! Timely, excellent communication came off without any issues; site tech clearly explained what we needed to do for proper maintenance and any trouble shooting. It's working like a dream and we're enjoying it nearly daily, it's helpful for muscle relaxation, and increased mobility and our Jacuzzi model is performing exactly as was advertised. We love Spa World and highly recommend them.

From the initial visit (not intending to buy) to the purchase, to the install, Spa World treated me like their best customer. Super efficient with introducing me to a favored electrician (he was great). From purchase to install in less than 10 days. Even with one item that needed follow up, the whole team was aware and able to answer my questions efficiently and effectively.

We purchased a hot tub from Spa World approx. 6 months ago. They have been amazing to work with! There was no pressure to purchase and the price was all inclusive (delivery/setup/cover/steps/etc). The installers were great and reviewed everything with us before leaving. I have called and stopped in a few times with questions and to purchase chemicals/etc and everyone has been extremely helpful. Great people to work with!!!

Purchased a spa from Spa World several years ago and I can’t say enough how pleased I am with that decision. Big selling point was they would always be there for any issues or service needs and they have been. We’ve needed some minor servicing over the years and they are always prompt, courteous and professional. The warranty coverage on our Jacuzzi J-345 has been top notch. The technicians are great representatives for the company. Thank you.
