Just got a fill today and I am extremely impressed with my experience. I haven't used this place before but I will definitely be back. It has been years since I have gotten a design but Lisa did a fantastic job and gave me exactly what I asked for. Thank you!

Will definitely never go back here... :/
Heard great things so I was excited to try it. We walked in and nobody greet us until we mentioned our appt. We chose the Deluxe pedicure for $41 and was told AFTER it was done that we would be charged $5 because they removed shellac from our toes. I didn't get shellac on my toes, I always get regular polish on my toes and shellac on my nails, but we only got pedicures today. The girls rolled their eyes at each other because I refused to get shellac (it's an extra $15 for shellac polish on top of $5 just to remove it, no thank you).
Then we were told to move to the front of the building even though nobody in there was getting a pedicure, so I went to dry my feet under the foot lamp, and within 10 minutes was told my toes were dry and I was good to go. 3 toes on each foot are completely smashed/smeared by the time I'm in the parking lot leaving.
$55 to be rushed out, never once got a smile, nobody talked to me the whole time, hovered to make sure we leave a tip, rolled their eyes that I paid with a card, rolled their eyes that I didn't get shellac, and my toes look horrible. Very disappointed! 👎

Overall a great experience! All of the staff are very kind and friendly, making sure you are comfortable while you are there. Every time I go in, I am treated with respect and made to feel like a priority!
Caveat: The nail art/designs can vary WILDLY in quality depending on the tech.
