Elegant is a great salon- good atmosphere! I’ve been going to PT for a few years now, and he is amazing! Very knowledgeable and takes good care of your natural nails. Highly recommend!

This was the quickest and best nail experience I've ever had. I got a full set done in 45 minutes and it ended with a hand massage and lotion. They have clear attention to detail and a welcoming environment. Love the turnout and will definitely be going again!

I’ve been to Elegant N&S over 5 times so far and I wanted to like it so much but I had to realize how unhappy I was with their skill and service.
I LOVED my first visit. It was actually for my wedding nails and pedicure. I feel like I got super lucky that time that my nail artist was actually amazing at her job now that I think about it. Unfortunately my 4 other visits were either whatever or horrible.
So I kept going for a while and started to notice how sloppy they do my nails/pedis.
And that wasn’t it. They openly started to toss me around with three people and expecting me to tip all of them..? Did I request to be tossed around..??? I prefer ONE person to do my nails/pedis but for YOUR convenience I can take one person each for the job but three…?? And they didn’t even do the job right??😨🤷♀️
On top of that those three people will literally expect you to tip each. The most ridiculous one was a lady tossed me to a guy saying that she needed to leave early but she only spent 5 mins with my toe nails and had the nerve to stood there after she grabbed her purse..as if I was supposed to tip her..?🤯

I got sick of paying over price for a terrible service. I guess I really wanted this to be good since I liked my first visit.
My previous time was THE WORST for me. That just made me stop dealing with poor skilled service. They love cash tips and they make sure you feel it.
Let me tell you the truth.
Great cash tips will automatically follow when you do a great job with genuine energy because your clients are happy all the way.
I loved that they have a nice receptionist who’s American but once you pass the desk you deal with people with nonsense. I wish artists were professional like the receptionist.
I was too upset to write my review when I had my last visit that I had to cool down. I hope they stop tossing clients around and develop professional mindset/skill.
These are my reasons why I can’t recommend Elegant N&S to anyone since their “miss” is too many than the “hit”.
Absolutely unreliable.

Every time I have gone to get services I have gotten excellent care by the staff. Kim does great work on acrylic and natural nails. She pays attention to detail and does some great design work. It is worth the visit!

I’ve been going here for a couple years now and everyone is always very friendly & welcoming. The salon is always clean and has fresh (beautiful) flowers daily. My experience with nails…PT is amazing. He’s meticulous and explains what’s best for health of MY nails. He has a wealth of knowledge which shows through his detailed process. I’m always very happy with my nails when I leave his station. Highly recommend him and this salon.
