i absolutely LOVE this place. Krystina did my nails and i love her!! this is definitely gonna be my new nail place!!! AND SHES A PERFECTIONIST WHICH IS AMAZING!!!

Absolutely AMAZING! Very in tune with details, and easy to talk to! Krystina is definitely the BEST I have ever been to. She took my nails from a very thick disaster, to making them more realistic, and the prices for the wonderful work, and amazing detail, were absolutely reasonable! I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you for all that you do!!

Regarding this review, Kristina has contacted me and is making an effort for a resolution.
I would encourage those who may be new to a service, such as this, to ask questions. This may avoid a problem before it occurs.

My pedicure at this salon was a disappointment today.
I first requested an appointment with Kristina; however, she was not available. I opted to reschedule so that I could continue with her.
Upon arrival, her trainee asked if I still wanted Kristina for my pedicure. I replied yes, it was the reason for rescheduling my original appointment.
Kristina had not arrived, so we began with the soak.
Kristina arrived. When she sat down with me she stated that she would do the nail trim and cuticles and her trainee would complete the service. I was put off, but said ok.
Long story, shortened, a 1-hour appointment stretched to approximately 2.5 hours.
The $65 pedicure fee, turned to $94.14 ($75 cash / $19.14 on my card).
Additional charge for gel polish, however, there is also an additional fee to remove the original polish that this salon applied!
The pedicure that I requested included paraffin dip, I was charged extra.
My point? Ask questions before any service at this salon to avoid this kind of costly surprise.
It was my second and last visit.

Krystina is the absolute best nail artist in this area. I’ve been to almost every place that does acrylics in the area and no one even comes close. The designs are always exactly what I was thinking, it’s like she can read my mind! I also have very sensitive hands and fingernails and she is very gentle and always makes sure I’m not in pain which is a very nice change from experiences at other salons. I’ve been seeing her for a few months now and I recommend her to everyone. If you want those amazing nails you are on insta this is where you want to go!!

Krystina is always so accommodating, whether it's fitting me in on short notice or indulging my creative side with fun designs. She has never turned away any of my ideas and my nails get compliments all the time! I've been going to Krystina for about 8 months now and I won't trust anyone else with my nails. She's a keeper!
