I can’t say enough good things about this gym! The place is top-notch, always clean, and equipped with everything you need for a great workout. But what really sets this place apart is Coach Nate. His expertise, enthusiasm, and genuine care for his clients are truly inspiring. He takes the time to understand your goals to help you achieve them without making you feel dumb.
Highly recommend!

Awesome gym! It's clean with great equipment, and even better trainers. The classes are not for the faint of heart, and yet literally any fitness level can benefit from the classes. From novice that hasn't stepped foot in a gym in your life, to a well oiled machine, it works for all. Highly recommend checking them out.

Back in November of 2023 a few friends and I signed up for 5 “free” classes, we all ended up paying $1. I haven’t and will never be returning to this place.
They say on their website “no commitment” which might be somewhat true. We did maybe 3/5 classes and just decided to not use the other two left. With that said, we never signed a contract stating that after the “free” classes that we’d then “commit” to the gym and continue going there.
Fast forward to January of 2024, each and every one of my friends have been charged nearly $200 for a “month-to-month” contract. With immense confusion we all went back to look where we paid and found that none of our payment information had been saved, we all used apple pay. We have all called and emailed the company to ask them to reverse the charges because we were under the impression of “no commitment” during the free classes. No response, multiple calls, multiple emails, and absolutely nothing back. We all ended up having to cancel our credit cards, but unfortunately I wasn’t quick enough and was hit with yet another charge.
This place is now committed multiple acts of fraudulent activity. It’s highly unprofessional and truly will be the downfall of this company. I hope as a business owner you will learn from this and become better.
It’s only now that I have seen that there has been quite a few others who have also had this happen, and ended up having to cancel their cards as well

I would not recommend this gym due to recurring unprofessional conduct and unreliable service. On numerous occasions, Nate (owner/trainer) failed to show up for scheduled classes without prior notice or adequate explanation. This disregard for client schedules and expectations was consistently met with excuses and a lack of accountability. This was not an isolated incident, as reviews from other members corroborate similar experiences, suggesting a systemic problem with the gym's professionalism. As a paying client, I felt disrespected and frustrated by the repeated no shows from trainers and lack of structure in the classes. The classes lack structure and focus. Nate's frequent phone use during sessions demonstrates a lack of commitment to providing effective training and quality instruction. I initially attempted to address these issues with Nate, but my concerns were not effectively addressed. Unfortunately, attempts to receive a refund for my membership since terms in the membership month to month contract were not upheld or fulfilled by the gym were unsuccessful. While I initially tried to be understanding, the repeated disruptions and lack of resolution ultimately led me to terminate my membership. I share this experience to warn potential clients and encourage the gym to address these serious concerns.

My experience with HiiT fitness has costed me $200.
I’m saddened to share my unfortunate experience with HiiT Fitness…
I began my journey with HiiT in October. After extensive conversations with the owner, Nate, I signed a Non renewing contract for one month. Nate and I discussed membership options for about an hour. I felt confident in purchasing a membership, as I had the choice to renew it every month. I decided my goals did not align with HiiT fitness, so I chose not to renew. That was in October. Friday, December 1st I was charged $200. I was immediately shocked by my transaction considering the conversations I’ve had with Nate. I immediately reached out to Nate, to no response. After the weekend was over I stopped into the Lansing mall location. Nate did not even come out of his office to speak to me. He had his trainer Justin, present me with the contract I signed. Justin said there were building discrepancies in November and that is why I was charged in December for both months. This is not true as a friend of mine was charged for November in November. I was not able to get a refund from Hiit, and Nate has still not contacted me. I have heard from other members of this gym that billing issues are prevalent. I am an 18 year old student, and it is quite unfortunate that $200 was stolen from me, days away from my birthday. I do not recommend this gym for anyone looking for good work out classes. Beyond $200 being ripped away from me, trainers are rarely at classes. When they choose not to come, they do not send notice. This is an establishment I would run from and I am hearing the same from others. I wish Nate and I could have had a resolution for this situation. Truly unprofessional
