We recently used Mr. Winter to first clear trees and brush and then to seed our new lawn. I appreciated Bruce's honesty about not needing additional top soil and he and his crew were fantastic (Kenny is a ninja with the Bobcat). Everything looks great and the grass is coming in nicely. The price was also very reasonable, will definitely recommend.
