There are not enough adjectives to describe Brian Tweedy who finally resolved the issue with our tankless water heater along with service manager, Jeff. Amazing, knowledgeable, professional, outstanding, friendly-engaging, thoughtful and great concern for customer satisfaction. Unfortunately we had to contact HF as our 2 year old water heater that HF installed stopped heating water. Over the course of several weeks, we had multiple technician visits that ended with the unit heating water for a day and then the next day it stopped working. The technicians would contact the water heater support staff but nothing they were advised would last longer than a day. We finally contacted the service manager, Jeff who was also outstanding. Jeff made several calls and through his relentless efforts the company agreed to replace the unit. In coordination with Brian’s schedule a replacement has been installed and we now have constant hot water. Both Jeff and Brian were very accommodating to our schedule. We highly recommend HF for new installs as well as service on equipment.
I definitely would recommend Hager Fox for Maintenance Services for the Furnace and Central Air Condition. My Service Technician was Joseph Rambo and he did an awesome job. Very thorough with checking everything on the furnace. He also answered all my questions that were asked. Thank you Joseph for a great inspection.
